7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, saleable condition with tags and packaging intact.

8. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the case, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
